Sweatshark is a streetwear brand rooted in poker culture but designed for a broad audience.

Brand Strategy & Approach

We created an illustration-driven visual language using subtle visual metaphors for poker slang. Each design originates from terms like “Crabs” (33), “Sunset Strip” (77), “Pocket Rockets” (AA), “Elvis in Vegas” (QQQQK), “Never Loses” (22), “Hooks” (JJ), and “Snowman” (88). The designs work on two levels: modern streetwear for the general public and "inside jokes" for poker players.

Design & Implementation

The goal was to transform niche online poker terminology into wearable forms without using direct text or casino clichés.

Results & Impact

A full product range including graphic t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and hats, all sharing a tone of minimal layouts and confident typography.
